Features:
Cylindrical roller bearings are available in many designs, series and sizes. The majority are single row bearings with a cage. High-capacity bearings, double row bearings, multi-row bearings, single, double and multi-row full complement bearings (without a cage) and split bearings.
There are different types designated NU, NJ, NUP,N,NF for single-row bearings, and NNU, NN for double-row bearings depending on the design or absence of side ribs. The outer and inner rings of all types are separable. As their rollers linearly come into contact with inner ring and outer ring with less coefficient of friction, these bearings have very good capacity of radial load,suitable for electric motors, automobiles, transmission shafts, gear shafts and so on. Double row Cylindrical roller bearings are good at the spindles of machine tools.

Some cylindrical roller bearings have no ribs o either the inner or outer ring. So the rings can move axially relative to each other. These can be used as free-end bearings. Cylindrical roller bearings, in which either the inner or outer rings has two ribs and the other ring has one, are capable of taking some axial load in one direction. Double-row cylindrical roller bearings have high radial rigidity and are used primary for precision machine tools.

Features:
Cylindrical roller bearing make a perfect match for use in machine tool spindles. Especially single row and double row cylindrical roller bearings either have a cylindrical bore or a tapered bore.Double row cylindrical roller bearings with tapered bore are often mounted to the main shaft as a fix end bearing .Simplicity in design and the ability to adjust radial internal clearance after mounting continue to make these bearings popular amoung machine tool users.

1. Optimized internal design allows high speed operation and limits temperature increase.
2. Special resin cage is suitable for high-speed operation.

■ Double row cylindrical roller bearings:
MB: Roller guided machined brass cage ;operational temperature limit =300 degrees
MR: Roller guided machined brass cage
TB:Roller guided PPS resin cage;operational temperature limit =220 degrees
NN:Double row cylindrical roller bearing with triple-ribbed inner ring.
NNU: Double row cylindrical roller bearing with triple-ribbed Outer ring.
N: Single row cylindrical roller bearing with double-ribbed inner ring.
CC1 :standard clearance for cylindrical bore

CCG:Special radial clearance

■ High precision single row cylindrical roller bearings :
High precision single roe cylindrical roller bearings same as its double row types, normally used on main spindle machines. Single row cylindrical roller bearing type ,its structure normally come with N series,such as N10HSR .This type bearing can reliably run at a higher speed with grease lubrication. The grease lubrication system greatly contributes to reduction in pollution of the surrounding environments by virtually eliminating oil mist.
